What we handle

1. Handover and snagging

   We inspect the unit at handover, list defects for the developer and follow them up until they are fixed.

2. Finding a tenant

   Photos, listing on the main portals, viewings, tenant checks and the tenancy contract.

3. Ejari and DEWA

   We register the tenancy contract with Ejari and set up utilities in the right name.

4. Rent collection

   We collect cheques or transfers on the agreed dates and follow up on anything late.

5. Maintenance

   Tenant requests come to us. We arrange the repair, check the work and send you the invoice.

6. Renewals and move-outs

   Rent reviews against the RERA rental index, renewals, move-out inspections and deposit settlement.

7. Reporting

   A statement after every payment and a yearly summary for your records.
