What do you help buyers with?

We help you choose an off-plan project, check the payment plan and handover date, reserve the unit with the developer and follow the purchase through to handover. We also connect you with lawyers and mortgage advisers when you need them.

Can I buy from outside the UAE?

Yes. We share floor plans, price lists and the sales agreement over WhatsApp and email, and arrange signing remotely where the developer allows it.

How do off-plan payment plans work?

You pay a down payment to reserve, instalments during construction and the balance at handover. Some developers spread part of the balance over the years after handover. Each project page shows its split.

Do you rent out or manage property after handover?

Yes. We can find tenants and manage the property once it is handed over. Ask us for terms.

Can I see a project before I buy?

Yes. We arrange site and show-apartment visits in Dubai, and video walkthroughs if you are abroad.
